1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all guests staying at Kaorukaze Myoko.

2. Reservations

* Reservations are confirmed upon acceptance by the hotel.

* A deposit may be required depending on the reservation details.

3. Rates & Payment

* Room rates include accommodation, meals, service charges, and applicable taxes.

* Payment may be made by cash, credit card, or electronic payment methods.

4. Cancellation Policy

* Up to 3 days before arrival: Free of charge

* 2 days before arrival to 1 day before arrival: 50% of the accommodation fee

* Same day cancellation or no-show: 100% of the accommodation fee

5. Check-in & Check-out

* Check-in: From 3:00 PM

* Check-out: By 10:00 AM

6. Refusal of Accommodation

* The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation to guests who engage in illegal activities, are associated with organized crime groups, or cause significant disturbance or inconvenience to other guests.

7. Liability

* While the hotel exercises reasonable care in the management of its facilities and services, it shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings unless caused by the hotel’s negligence.

* The hotel shall not be held responsible for service interruptions caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, fires, or other circumstances beyond its control.
